My work @ Yeast: As a powerful communicator and natural innovator, I enable clients and the Yeast team to engage, encourage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds to identify opportunities, set goals and work through barriers to achieve sustained results.   

For me, facilitation is not a job. It’s a way of living. 

Before joining Yeast: I was a company lawyer and a start-up executive in Belgium and the US.
